Grant Will Explore Technology Efficiency
The City and School District have joined to apply successfully for a State Local Government Efficiency Grant. The $25,000 allocation will fund a comprehensive analysis of our technology and information systems in order to determine how economies might be achieved through cooperative procurement and service delivery. Our grant application was generated by a joint City-School services committee, established several months ago. We will continue pursuing opportunities for consolidation and cooperation.
